1. How much is shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $49.99 USD. Flat shipping is $4.95 USD.

2. Is this site secure to use?
It sure is. We use PayPal, and Shopify Checkout to process payments. So not even our staff get to see your payment details. PayPal is one of the world's largest secure payment service providers and our website is built on the Shopify secure platform. All of your personal information is locked down tight.

3. How quickly do you respond to email queries?
We answer all emails within 1-2 business days. For a prompt response, please message us on Facebook - we usually respond within the day if not within the hour. 

4. Where are you based?
Our main operations are carried out in Canada and our manufacturers and warehouses are in Asia.

5. What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, PayPal and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

6. Where do you ship to? We ship to most countries globally. Please send us an email at [email protected] if you are an international customer looking to purchase an item and cannot check-out. We will do our best to make the appropriate arrangements.

7. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed between 1-3 business days. Arrival times may vary by location.
USA:2-3 weeks| Canada:2-4 weeks
Europe: 2-4 weeks| UK:2-6 weeks | Australia:2-3 weeks
Other International: 2-6 weeks depending on location

Shipping and delivery may take longer from time to time depending on the speed of customs at the time of arrival.

8. Can I have a tracking number?
Yes, we will provide you a tracking number for every order. The tracking number updates as the logistics companies update it. Please note that sometimes it may be stuck in "Processing" when the item is actual enroute.

9. I only received one of my two orders. Where's the other one?
We have a large assortment of products not stored in-house. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they arrive faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once - they are on their way.

10. Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Oftentimes this is because customers may have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.

11. Why was I charged with import duties?
While 99% of our customers do not incur import charges, due to certain product size restrictions and country laws, products may incur duty upon importing. The customer agrees to be fully responsible for import charges. That said, we understand this is not an ideal situation for our customers - please message us to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate in the best way possible. We're all about the service. :)
