This consists of things that you need to achieve on a weekly basis. Every goal you accomplish will benefit your five-year plan and your lifetime goals.
Step 4: Daily Routine
These daily routine must be helping yourself to achieve your weekly goals. Now it's all broken down to pieces, you can set up your schedule on how to spend the day. This is the best way to develop healthy and productive habits.
For example, you are to read a book for 30 minutes a day and 30 minutes to jog at night. In the long run, you'll be able to maximize your time and efforts. Studies suggest that reading and having a physical activity will give you a boost to be more productive.
